Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

We made it to day 100 y’all!! We did our share of celebrating this weekend with these Raw Vegan peanut butter cups. These are quick and easy, no bake treats that you are guaranteed to eat more than one of. Be prepared to clear the entire tray of goodness. My hubby and I enjoyed as we celebrated our wins this Resurrection Sunday! Hope you all had a wonderful day and give this recipe a try!

Here's what you need:

Mix 1 cup oats 1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour 1/2 cup pure/raw maple syrup 1 cup raw peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt

After mixing ingredients together, place mixture into a lined muffin tray. Set in freezer for 1 hour.

After mixture sets, melt some raw or dark chocolate and add to the top. Add peanuts to garnish or raw nuts of choice.

Let set in freezer or refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
