Raw Vegan Brownies: The healthiest sweet treat

The decadence is insane! The absolute best raw brownies served here with avocado vegan ice cream

We wanted to have a sweet and decadent treat for Valentine’s Day being on the Raw Vegan fast and we decided to make raw vegan brownies. They are super delicious and super quick to make. These 3 ingredient brownies take only 10 minutes to make and require no baking in the oven. How awesome is that!

Only 3 ingredients: walnuts, dates, unsweetened cocoa powder

Here is the recipe:

  • 2 cups walnuts

  • 2 and 1/2 cups dates (remove the seeds)

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Pulverize walnuts in a food processor until a fine consistency. Add the dates, about 2 dates at a time until all added. After mixed well, add the cocoa powder. The consistency will be very thick. Remove the brownie dough and press flat into a pan. After pressed, cut into squares and enjoy.
